What forms of payment does Lucky Line JDM accept?

A: We accept the following forms of payment; cash, credit card, wire transaction and business check only

What kind of credit cards do you accept?

A: We gladly accept most major credit and Debit card including Visa, Master card, Discover & American Express.

Does Lucky Line JDM Ship Internationally?

A: Yes, we do, we ship any place in the world with assistance from USPS, UPS, FedEx & World Wide Express Freight Carriers.

Do you deliver, and is there a fee?

A: Yes, we do deliver within 100 miles for free.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: Orders typically take between 3- 5 days to arrive after payment is received.

How can I track my Order?

A: Most of our carriers provide an email notification service or you can simply call one of our sales representative that will provide you with a tracking number.

What if Lucky Line JDM does not have the parts in stock that I'm looking for?

A: We will try to locate the part for you thru our vendors and sources.

What is your return policy?

A: We request such return to be made within 7 days upon arrival. Buyer pays return shipping fee. There is 25 % restocking fee. After Item is returned to our facility, we will issue the refund for the same legal tender as the original purchase, refunds for invoices paid by check will not be issued until 14 days following original purchase date or send a replacement if available. Item must be return in original packaging and must be in exact same condition as it was sent out. There is no refund or replacement on parts sold “as is”

Does Lucky Line JDM warranty cover labor?

A: Our standard 30 days for transmission and Engines warranty is for parts only. We offer extended warranties up to 6 months that cover parts only. Warranty is void if the parts have been improperly installed or have been disassembled prior to return. Please contact one of our sales representative for more information.

Do you sell After Market parts?

A: Yes, we do sell After Market parts.

How do I file a warranty Claim?

A: Please contact one of our sales representatives.

Does Lucky Line JDM provide installation?

A: Currently we do not provide installation of Auto Parts. We can, however offer recommendations of Auto Repair shops in your area.
